The Giant's Garden
For children, the happiness of this story was in a garden. A fantastic and wonderful garden full of trees and flowers. Unfortunately it was the garden of giant, selfish and solitary giant did not want the kids dating. It so happened that the garden was for all the winter. But the cry of a child can teach an old giant also very grumpy and selfish. The love for this child will change the heart of the giant, and finally back in the spring garden. The show was inspired by the famous story by Oscar Wilde, and has the aim of introducing children to classical music, it is pleasant and fun un'operina music, composed specially for the story. The music and singing are integral and fundamental part of the show itself. In the lively rhythms and rich melodies of the shadows dilate, become small, blend in with the singing and music creating evocative environments. The show was produced by Porte Girevoli and Teatrombria for the Conservatory of Music "A. Vivaldi "- of Alexandria, in the Exhibition sound box. It 'been shown in several theaters, including the Teatro Comunale in Florence (version with orchestra and choir). Can be represented in two versions: with recorded music or live music and choir.
